These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cofactor (“Cofactor”, “we”, “us”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Your access to and use of Cofactor is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the service.

2. Use of service

Cofactor provides a marketplace for buyer-led payables financing. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be authorized to act on behalf of a registered business entity to use Cofactor. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions taken under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cofactor and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
